Return & Refund Policy
At Ruby's Kitchen, we take pride in delivering homemade pickles with care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we’re here to help if something goes wrong with your order.
1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any food items, including pickles, to maintain hygiene and safety.

Please double-check your order details before confirming.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

Damaged

Leaking
-
Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rubyskitchen.in with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the package and product
-
A short description of the issue
We'll review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank/UPI details to issue the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery

The product was tampered with or not stored properly

The product was disliked due to personal taste preferences
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, or before they are dispatched—whichever is earlier.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
