Return & Refund Policy


At Ruby's Kitchen, we take pride in delivering homemade pickles with care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we’re here to help if something goes wrong with your order.


1. No Returns

  • We do not accept returns on any food items, including pickles, to maintain hygiene and safety.

  • Please double-check your order details before confirming.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rubyskitchen.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the package and product

  • A short description of the issue

We'll review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank/UPI details to issue the refund.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product was tampered with or not stored properly

  • The product was disliked due to personal taste preferences


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, or before they are dispatched—whichever is earlier.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
